Let me confirm that in writing, with the points I noted: - Aylin asked whether chargeback and dispute history can sit beside the account manager's notes in a single merchant page, and how current that history is. - Katrin asked for the source of each answer to be visible, so that an auditor can follow it back. - Both asked what happens to the data if a source system changes its schema. I have copied Anya Petrova from our solutions team. She will take the technical answers with Hannah, and she will write them up properly rather than answering in passing. For your planning: the commercial proposal is for the Growth tier, with an indicative total value of £62,000, and you mentioned a decision by 20 Jan 2026. I would rather you heard it from me now that nothing in that proposal is final until you have seen the answers above. On the question about how current the dispute history is: in the demo it looked up to date, but I could not tell from the screen when the data was last refreshed. Could you or Anya tell us when it is refreshed each day, and how we would see it if a load failed? My team would not want to rely on a risk view that is quietly a day or two old. Two further points from merchant risk: - Can we limit who sees the risk notes? Some of them should not be visible to every account manager. - Can the merchant page show the risk rating and the date it was last reviewed? Our reviewers need both. I have not yet checked these with Jonas, so please treat them as questions rather than requirements.
