Ask: Alice wants Delancey Haig represented at Customer Day, ideally by Kwame. She asks for a one-line reply to confirm his place.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. Alice raises that the build-versus-buy case may need another look and offers Daniel Okafor's time.

Next: the evidence does not show whether Kwame replied or attended.

Dear Kwame, I'm Alice, Head of Marketing at BB-Demo. I'm getting in touch because we are holding our Customer Day in London on Thursday 11 Jun 2026, in person, and I would very much like Delancey Haig to be represented there, ideally by you. The day is for customers who run the brain and want to compare notes on how they are doing it. Since BB-Demo is built and run inside each customer's own Snowflake account, I expect the technical conversations to be the most useful part, including where the data lives, who looks after the connectors and what it takes to keep it healthy. I know your team likes to understand a tool properly before relying on it, and this is a chance to ask other technical owners directly rather than take our word for it. I will say plainly that your team's use of the brain has been quieter than we would like, and I would rather hear why from you than guess. If the honest answer is that the build-versus-buy case needs another look, that is a conversation worth having in the open, and our customer success manager, Daniel Okafor, would be glad to join you for part of the day. Would you be happy for me to put your name down? If it is easier, a one-line reply is plenty and I'll send the practical details afterwards. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
