Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor sent Rupert Lasker the formal renewal notice for the Growth plan: term ending 2 Jul 2026, 40 users, £44k. It flags the move to list price at renewal. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Daniel set out the term, the plan and the contracted £44k. He warned that Growth moves to the current list price at first renewal and that any first-term discount ends. He asked Rupert for a couple of times the following week.
Customer view: the thread holds no reply from Rupert, so his position is not shown here.
Next: a renewal conversation is pencilled in for 19 May 2026, with usage discussed before price. Daniel promised a one-page renewal figure.

- Daniel Okafor 2 Apr 2026 17:26Dear Rupert, As promised earlier, this is the formal renewal notice for Delancey Haig's Growth subscription. I have copied Priya, who owns the commercial side of the account. The position as it stands: - Current term: from 3 Jul 2024 to 2 Jul 2026 - Plan: Growth, with 40 licensed users - Contracted annual subscription: £44,000 Because you signed under our original price book, that price has held for the whole of this term. At the first renewal, Growth moves to the current list price under the newer price book. Any first-term discount ends at renewal as well. I will send you the exact renewal figure on a single page, so you can compare it with what you pay today. We have the renewal discussion pencilled in with a target of 19 May 2026, which leaves a comfortable gap before the term ends. I know you like to see what a tool earns before you renew it, so I would suggest we spend the first part of that conversation on how Delancey Haig is actually using the brain, and only then on price. If you would like to look at alternatives, including whether a different plan would suit you better, I am happy to walk through that openly. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you next week? Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
