Current to 11 Oct 26Saskia Mendes asked what changes at renewal and for a one-page answer for Rupert Lasker. Daniel Okafor said the Growth price moves to the newer price book from the current £44k, and promised a formal notice and usage summary.
Ask: Saskia asked whether the Growth plan, 40 licensed users and price stay the same, and wanted something simple for Rupert Lasker, the CFO, to say yes to.
Customer view: she says the directors need the tool. Daniel confirmed the price rises at the first renewal but did not quote the new figure.
Next: Daniel offered a short call and a usage summary. Retired connectors in earlier threads sit awkwardly with his line that the connectors stay the same, and the thread does not show the renewal outcome.

- Saskia Mendes 2 Apr 2026 09:29Daniel, Quick one, and I've copied Rupert so nobody is surprised later. We're coming up to renewal and I'd rather hear the detail from you now than discover it in June. What actually changes for us next term? Same Growth plan, same 40 licensed users, same price? I suspect not, and Rupert will want to know before he asks me. The directors need this tool, so I want to get ahead of it. Can we make it simpler for Rupert to say yes? One page would do. Best, Saskia
- Daniel Okafor 2 Apr 2026 12:20Hi Saskia, hi Rupert, Thank you for raising it early, Saskia, and just to close the loop: you are right that the price is not staying exactly where it is. The current term ends on 2 Jul 2026 and the new term would begin the day after. Delancey Haig signed on 3 Jul 2024 under our original price book, which holds until the first renewal. At renewal the Growth plan moves to the current list price under the newer price book. It is the same plan, the same 40 licensed users and the same connectors, and nothing else about the service changes. Today's contracted annual figure is £44,000. I am sending Rupert a formal renewal notice this afternoon with the detail, so you will have it in writing. I don't want to quote the new figure in a quick reply and risk it being read out of context. Rupert, I know your first question will be what you are actually using. Usage is up on last quarter and the team has been asking more questions of the brain, so I'd like to put that in front of you properly rather than in a sentence here. Would a short call next week suit you both? I'll come back to you by the end of the week with the usage summary either way. > On 2 Apr 2026, at 09:29, Saskia Mendes wrote: > What actually changes for us next term? Best wishes, Daniel
