Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's notes of the 31 Mar 2026 check-in record five high priority tickets and a worry that people drift back to spreadsheets. He promised a plain summary by the end of next week. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Daniel asked Saskia Mendes to correct his notes, send a list of things still missing or wrong in the brain, and say if any director has stopped using it.
Customer view: as Daniel records it, directors use the client view before reviews, but Saskia fears the problems will recur. The notes do not mention the warehouse move.
Next: Daniel owes a plain summary of causes and fixes. He wants to discuss the contract, which runs to 2 Jul 2026, only once the tickets are settled.

- Daniel Okafor 31 Mar 2026 14:14Hello Saskia, Thank you for making time today. Just to close the loop, here are my notes from our check-in, so we are both working from the same page. What I heard from you: - The directors are using the client view before reviews, and that is what you hoped for when you bought it. - Over the last month your team raised five tickets with us, and you flagged all five as high priority. That is more than we usually see from you, and I do not want it to be treated as background noise. - Your worry is that the same sort of problem will keep coming back and that people will quietly go back to their old spreadsheets if the answers cannot be trusted. What I will do: - Go through the five tickets with our support engineers and send you a plain summary of what caused each one and what has been fixed, in words rather than jargon. - Look at the connectors that fed those answers and tell you honestly whether any of them need attention from our side or yours. - Come back to you by the end of next week with that summary. What would help from your side: - Ask your systems analyst for a short list of the things people say are still staying out of the brain or looking wrong, so we fix what matters most first. - Let me know if any director has actually stopped using it, even if they have not said why. I would rather hear it from you now. On the contract, the current term runs to 2 Jul 2026 and I would like us to talk about it properly once the tickets are settled, not before. There is no pressure from my end, I simply want you to feel the brain has earned its place. Please correct anything I have got wrong. Best wishes, Daniel
