After the QBR, Rupert Lasker, Chief Financial Officer, asks what share of the licence is used and what it costs. Daniel Okafor says about a dozen people are active against forty licensed, trending upward.

Ask: Rupert wants usage by team as a share of what Delancey Haig pays for, plainly, before any renewal conversation.

Customer view: the session was helpful, but the question is about value for money. Daniel gave the contracted annual cost as £44k for Growth, running to 2 Jul 2026.

Next: Daniel will send the one-pager by the end of next week, with Priya Raman copied to agree the renewal shape.

Hello all, Thank you for your time today, it was good to have all three of you in the room. Just to close the loop on what we covered. Usage: the number of people active in the brain is up on the previous quarter, and the client-account directors are the ones driving that. You have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom if you want to bring more of the team on. What the directors are using it for: the single view of each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints, which is exactly what the Growth plan was bought for. Saskia mentioned that it is helping them walk into client reviews with the facts, and that is the outcome I care about most. Next steps from my side: - Send Holly a short note on the connectors and refresh timings, so she has them to hand. - Put together a one-page view of usage by team, for Rupert. - Keep the renewal conversation simple, ahead of the contract end on 2 Jul 2026. If I have missed anything, please say. How is the team finding it day to day? I would be glad to hear more. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks for the summary. Helpful session. On the one-pager: what are we actually using, as a share of what we pay for? I would like to see it plainly, by team, before we talk about renewal. Also, remind me of the annual cost? Rupert

Hi Rupert, Of course. The contracted annual cost is £44,000, for Growth with 40 licensed users, and the contract runs to 2 Jul 2026. On what you are actually using: over the last month, on average about a dozen people have been active, against the forty licensed. That is a fair way below the licence, and I would rather say so plainly than dress it up. The trend is upward, and the directors are the heaviest users, but there is room to widen it. The one-pager will break it down by team so you can see where the use sits and where it does not. I will send that to you by the end of next week. Priya is copied so she has the same picture on the commercial side, and we will agree the shape of the renewal together with you rather than leave it to the last minute. Best wishes, Daniel
