Scheduling thread for a quarterly review. Saskia Mendes asks for forty-five minutes built on two or three real examples from Delancey Haig's own data, and Daniel Okafor agrees.

Ask: Saskia pushes the date back by a week and asks for a short session, because the directors need something about what they can actually use.

Customer view: engaged but time-pressed. She will bring a colleague from the systems team who is closer to the connectors.

Next: Daniel will send an invite for the Monday of the week after next and copy in the systems colleague once named.

Hello Saskia, Thank you for your time on the last call. Just to close the loop on the quarterly review: I would like to get a date in the diary before the quarter runs away from us. The idea would be an hour with you, and anyone from your systems side or your client-account directors who would like to join. I would walk through how the team is using the brain, which questions are being asked most often, and what you would like it to do that it does not do yet. There is plenty of room in the 40 licensed users, so it would also be a good moment to talk about who else might benefit. Could you let me know which days next week suit you? I can be flexible on mornings. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with an invite once I hear from you. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Next week is tight, month end and a couple of client reviews. Monday or Tuesday the week after would be better for me. One ask: can we keep it to forty-five minutes? The directors need this to be short and about what they can actually use. If you can show two or three real examples from our own data rather than a general tour, that would land much better. I will bring someone from the systems team, they are closer to the connectors than I am. Best, Saskia

Hello Saskia, That works well. Forty-five minutes it is, and I will build the session around a few worked examples from your own vacancies, placements and invoices, as you suggest. I will send the invite for Monday of the week after next, in the morning, and copy in the colleague you mentioned from the systems team once you tell me who is coming. If Monday turns out to be awkward, just say and we will move to Tuesday. How is the team finding it at the moment? Anything you would like me to cover that is not on my list, tell me and I will fold it in. Best wishes, Daniel

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
