What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Kwame Asante, Chief Technology Officer, accepts a check-in but asks for an architecture diagram and a build-versus-buy case for an options paper. Daniel Okafor agrees to both and offers Tuesday at 10:00.
Ask: Kwame wants to see where the data lives and how it moves, and what BB-Demo's subscription covers against what his team could run itself.
Customer view: he reviews every system the firm pays for and is writing an options paper regardless. This is a build-or-keep review ahead of the renewal on 2 Jul 2026.
Next: Daniel will bring a diagram showing the in-Snowflake build and an honest build-versus-buy comparison, then send an invitation once Kwame confirms.

- Daniel Okafor 5 Feb 2026 16:12Hi Kwame, I am the Customer Success Manager for Delancey Haig and I have looked after the account since you went live in July 2024, so I wanted to introduce myself properly and ask for a short check-in with you. The aim is simple: hear how the brain looks from the technology side, what you would like to be different, and what we should be thinking about well ahead of the renewal on 2 Jul 2026. I know you review every system the firm pays for, and I would much rather you heard from me early than found us on a list. Would half an hour sometime in the next couple of weeks suit you? I am happy to work around your diary. Best wishes, Daniel
- Kwame Asante 5 Feb 2026 16:29Daniel, Thanks for the note. Yes, a conversation is sensible. To make it useful, can you bring an architecture diagram showing where the data lives and how it moves between our systems and yours? I also want to be clear about what we are paying for against what my team could reasonably run ourselves. What's the build-versus-buy case from your side? I will be writing this up as an options paper in any event, so the more concrete you can be, the better. I am free on Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings are best. Kwame
- Daniel Okafor 5 Feb 2026 18:53Hi Kwame, Thank you, that is very helpful, and a fair thing to ask. On where the data lives: the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so the data stays with you rather than with us. I will bring a diagram that shows the connectors, what sits in Snowflake and what BB-Demo has access to, so you can see it for yourself rather than take my word for it. On build versus buy, I will set out plainly what the subscription covers, what your team would need to look after if you went your own way, and where I think the honest trade-offs are. I would rather give you something you can put straight into your paper than a sales pitch. Tuesday morning works for me, say 10:00, and I will send an invitation once you confirm. If Thursday suits you better, just say and I will move things around. Best wishes, Daniel
