- Daniel Okafor 30 Dec 2025 08:12Hi Saskia, Thank you for your time on the call last week, and for being so open about how things are going. I wanted to put a few notes in writing, just to close the loop. The main thing I took away is that the client-account directors are not using the brain as much as either of us hoped. When we look at activity, fewer people are logging in each week than a quarter ago, and it is a small group asking most of the questions. You have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room for more of the directors to be in there. You mentioned that the directors still fall back on their own spreadsheets before a client review. I do not think that is a failing on your side at all. It tells me the pages they see first are probably not the ones they need on the morning of a review, and that is something I can help with. What I would suggest, if you are happy with it: - a short session with two or three of the directors, so we can see what they actually do before a review - a look at which pages and questions would save them the most time - a decision together on what to switch off or tidy so the rest is simpler There is no pressure on this. I would just like us to get ahead of it well before the contract end on 2 Jul 2026, so the brain is earning its keep for you. I'll come back to you in the new year with a couple of dates. How is the team finding it, from where you sit? Best wishes, Daniel
