Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked to book a check-in and look ahead to the renewal on 2 Jul 2026. Saskia Mendes agreed, asked for half an hour in the second week back, and wants to discuss renewal ahead of a view for the board.
Ask: Daniel proposed a short call in the new year to hear how the directors find the brain and to look at the renewal.
Customer view: Saskia accepted and set the agenda herself. She wants to talk about renewal and what the firm wants from the brain, so she can take a clear view to the board.
Next: Daniel is to send a couple of times for the second week back.

I know this is a busy time for a recruitment business, with clients closing their books and candidates wanting to be settled before the break. I'd like to book a short check-in call in the new year, nothing heavy, just to hear how the directors are finding the brain and to look ahead to the renewal on 2 Jul 2026 so there are no surprises on either side. Would the first or second week back suit you? No rush to reply before the break. I'll come back to you by the middle of the first week back if I haven't heard. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 29 Dec 2025 08:56Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and happy Christmas. Things have been quiet here this week, which is why I'm catching up on email. A check-in works. The second week back is better, as the directors are still catching up in the first. Keep it short, half an hour should do it. I'd like to talk about renewal and about what we want from the brain in the coming months, so I can take a clear view to the board. If you send a couple of times I'll pick one. Best, Saskia
