Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asks to book the next QBR for early in the new year. Saskia Mendes agrees, wants Holly present and asks that the live walkthrough cover the complaints and invoices view for the directors.
Ask: Daniel wants QBR days and attendees, and offers a live walkthrough of directors' own client views.
Customer view: Saskia prefers mid-week mornings and wants Holly there because she knows the connectors better. She says the directors need the complaints and invoices view more than anything else.
Next: Daniel will send a short agenda by the end of the week.

It was good to hear how the client-account directors are using the brain ahead of their reviews, and I came away with a few notes I want to put into the next QBR pack. Just to close the loop on scheduling: I'd like to get the QBR in the diary for early in the new year, once the holiday period is behind everyone. Could you let me know which days suit you best, and who from your side you would like in the room? If the directors want to see their own client views walked through live, I can build that in. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a short agenda so you can tell me if anything is missing. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 27 Nov 2025 17:57Hi Daniel, Thanks, this is helpful. Early in the new year works. Mid-week mornings are best for me, the directors are usually out on client visits on Mondays and Fridays. I'd like Holly in as well, she knows the connectors better than I do and the directors will ask her questions. Can we keep the live walkthrough to the complaints and invoices view? That's what they keep asking about, the directors need this more than anything else. Send the agenda over when it's ready and I'll shout if something's missing.
