What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Priya Raman sends the Growth renewal order form at £44k. Rupert Lasker will not sign until he sees what is used, and asks whether the CRM could do it. Priya points him to Daniel's usage summary. No signature in the thread.
Ask: Priya wanted signature by 9 Jun 2025. Rupert instead asked what is actually used, the annual cost, and whether Delancey Haig could do this itself in the CRM.
Customer view: He is sceptical and has a do-it-yourself alternative in mind. Priya answered with one place for vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints.
Next: Daniel is to send the usage summary, and Priya has offered a call that week.

- Priya Raman 5 Jun 2025 09:21Hi Rupert, The renewal order form for Delancey Haig is ready for your signature. It keeps you on Growth with 40 licensed users, and the order form total is £44,000. Your current term runs to 2 Jul 2025, so there is a bit of room, but I would like to get this tidy well before then. If we can get this over the line by Monday 9 June 2025, that keeps momentum and means nothing lapses on your side or ours. Happy to make this easy: if you would rather walk through it on a quick call first, just say and I will find ten minutes. Could you let me know whether you are able to sign this week? Best, Priya
- Rupert Lasker 6 Jun 2025 10:08Priya, Thanks. Before I sign anything, what are we actually using? I have a sense the numbers have been modest and I would like to see that before committing for another term. Also, remind me of the annual cost, as I only have the figure from the original contract in my head. Can we do this ourselves with what we already have in the CRM? Rupert
- Priya Raman 9 Jun 2025 11:47Hi Rupert, Fair questions, and thank you for coming back so quickly. On cost: the renewal order form is for Growth, 40 licensed users, with a total of £44,000. The wording on the form is the best reference, so please check it against what you signed last July. On usage: I do not want to hand you a number from memory. Daniel Okafor, our customer success manager, will send you a short summary of who is asking questions and which sources are feeding the brain. Saying that plainly, I would rather you sign having seen it than on my word. On doing it yourselves: the value for your client-account directors is having vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one place, which is hard to rebuild with CRM reports alone. I am happy to show you that on a call this week if useful. If you are comfortable once you have seen the summary, the order form is ready whenever you are. Best, Priya
