Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's notes of the call with Saskia Mendes: directors still use client pages before reviews, but about eleven people are active against forty licensed users. Saskia was open that adoption is not where she wants it.
Customer view: mixed. Value is landing with directors before reviews, but Saskia accepted adoption is short of where she wants it.
Agreed: Saskia to consider which directors are not asking questions, Daniel to send a view of the most-opened client pages and a renewal approach by the end of the following week.
There is no customer reply in the thread, so the notes are unconfirmed by Saskia.

- Daniel Okafor 29 Apr 2025 09:26Hi Saskia, Thank you for your time on the call. Just to close the loop, here are my notes so you have them in writing. What we covered: - The client-account directors are still using the client pages most before their reviews, which is exactly what you bought the brain for. - Activity across the team is roughly steady. About eleven people are active in a typical month against the forty licensed users, and that has dipped only slightly since the last quarter. You were open that adoption is not where you want it, and I appreciated that. - Support has been quiet: one ticket in the last month, nothing urgent, and nothing outstanding on the invoicing side. What we agreed: - You will have a think about which directors are not yet asking the brain questions and whether a short working session with them would help. I can run it with you. - I will pull together a simple view of which client pages are opened most, so you can see where the value is landing. - We both want to keep the contract date of 2 Jul 2025 in mind. I will come back to you by the end of next week with a suggestion for how to approach the renewal conversation. How is the team finding it day to day? If anything from the call is not how you remember it, tell me and I will correct my notes. Best wishes, Daniel
