What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Saskia Mendes, Head of Client Operations, says directors need the brain and more are asking for it. She wants easier onboarding for newer directors and a plain value case for the CFO.
Customer view: positive. A director saved an afternoon before a client review, which Saskia called exactly what she bought it for.
Ask: simpler starting points for newer directors, and help showing value to the wider business, as the CFO will want it in plain terms.
Next: she asked Daniel Okafor for an invite for a morning the following week.

- Daniel Okafor 16 Apr 2025 10:03Hello Saskia, I hope you are well. It has been a little while since we sat down together, so I wanted to suggest a check-in. How is the team finding it? From my side, I can see more of the client-account directors using the brain than a few months ago, and I would love to hear in your words what is working and what is still clumsy. If there are any directors you would like me to speak to directly, or anything you would like us to look at before the renewal conversation, now is a good time to say. Could you do a call sometime in the next week or so? Let me know what suits and I will fit around you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 23 Apr 2025 16:30Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, the last week got away from me. Yes to a check-in, and good timing. The directors need this, and more of them are asking for it now. One of them walked into a client review last week with the vacancies, placements and complaints all in one place and said it saved her an afternoon. That is exactly what I bought it for. Two things I would like to cover. First, can we make it simpler for the newer directors to get started? A couple of them still ask me where to begin. Second, I would like to talk about how we show the value to the wider business, as our CFO will want to see it in plain terms. Any morning next week works for me. Send me an invite and I will accept it. Best, Saskia
