Current to 11 Oct 26Rupert Lasker agreed to talk but wanted to know what the team actually uses and the annual cost before giving time to a renewal discussion. Daniel Okafor promised a usage summary first.
Ask: Rupert wanted something beforehand and a reminder of the annual cost. Daniel replied with £42k for the Growth subscription with 40 licensed users.
Customer view: guarded. He did not decline, but made time conditional on seeing evidence of use.
Next: Daniel will send a usage summary before any date is set, so no call is booked in the thread.

- Daniel Okafor 8 Apr 2025 11:06Dear Rupert, I hope the week has started well. Thank you again for your time when we last spoke. Just to close the loop on something I have been meaning to raise: your Growth contract runs until 2 Jul 2025, so it feels like the right moment to find a little time together to talk through the renewal. I would like to keep it simple. A short call to look at how the brain has been used since you joined us, what the team has found valuable, and anything you would want changed before you decide. Could you let me know which days suit you over the next couple of weeks? I will work around your diary. Best wishes, Daniel
- Rupert Lasker 8 Apr 2025 12:14Daniel, Thanks for the note. Happy to talk, but I will want to be clear on what we are actually using before I commit any time to a renewal discussion. Can you send me something beforehand? Also, remind me of the annual cost. Rupert
- Daniel Okafor 8 Apr 2025 14:44Dear Rupert, Of course. To answer the cost question first: the contracted annual figure is £41,800, and that covers the Growth subscription with 40 licensed users. On usage, I will put together a short summary of who is asking questions, which teams are relying on it and what has changed since the start of the year. In general terms, the number of people using it each week has been rising steadily this quarter, and support has been quiet, with just the one ticket in the last month. I would rather you see the detail than take my word for it. I will come back to you with the summary before we set a date, so that you have it in hand and can judge whether the call is worth your time. Best wishes, Daniel
