What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR, Daniel Okafor recapped rising usage and quiet support. Saskia Mendes was positive, asked for a one-page question list and a short director walk-through, and asked whether the chat can pull in earlier emails.
Ask: Saskia wants a single page grouping what the client said against what the data shows, and a walk-through of about twenty minutes on finding a client's complaints next to invoices.
Customer view: she says the directors who use it properly are the ones telling her about it, and calls it the best sign.
Next: Daniel will send the one-pager and slots, and Saskia will send names. Daniel confirmed chat can draw on emails once that source is connected.

- Daniel Okafor 4 Mar 2025 11:56Hi Saskia, Thank you for your time on the QBR call, and for bringing the team along. Just to close the loop on what we covered, here is how I heard it. Usage is up on last quarter, and more of the client-account directors are opening the brain before their client reviews rather than after. You mentioned that the vacancies, placements and invoices together are what they reach for first. That is exactly the picture you bought it to give them, so it is good to hear. Support has been quiet: a couple of tickets in the last month, none of them urgent, and both resolved. Nothing outstanding on invoices either. Two things I said I would come back to you on: - A short list of the questions your directors are asking most, so you can see where the value is landing. - A suggestion for getting the quieter directors started, since a few of them still seem to be leaning on the team in client operations. How is the team finding it day to day? If there is anything you would like me to bring to the next session, tell me and I will build it in. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 7 Mar 2025 09:05Daniel, Thanks, that matches my notes. The directors need this, and the ones who use it properly are the ones telling me about it, which is the best sign. The question list would be really useful. Can we make it simpler though? If I send the full thing round nobody will read it. One page, grouped by what the client actually said versus what the data shows. On the quieter directors: honestly that is on me. A couple of them have not been shown how to find a client's complaints next to the invoices, and that is where the contractor-invoice disputes get caught early. Could you do a short walk-through for them? Twenty minutes at most. Also, one of my team asked whether the chat can pull in a client's earlier emails. I told her I would check with you rather than guess. Best, Saskia
- Daniel Okafor 10 Mar 2025 12:14Hi Saskia, Of course, one page it is. I will group it the way you describe and send it over this week. The walk-through for the directors is a good idea, and I am happy to run it. If you can let me know which of them would benefit most, I will keep it short and use a real client from your own data so it feels relevant. I will come back to you with a few slots once I have your list. On your colleague's question: yes, the chat can draw on emails once that source is connected, and it will show where an answer came from. I would rather show her than describe it, so perhaps she could join the walk-through too. Just to close the loop, I will send the one-pager and the slots, and you will send me the names. How does that sound? Best wishes, Daniel
