What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked to book the quarterly review and open a light renewal conversation. Saskia Mendes agreed to Thursday afternoon, will bring two directors, and wants the brain's worth explained in words she can take upstairs.
Ask: Daniel proposed the review and started early planning for renewal, noting the contract runs until 2 Jul 2025.
Customer view: Saskia is willing but sets a test. She wants to hear from the directors what clients said and what they did with it, and she needs a value case for her seniors.
Next: Daniel needs to arrive with that value case and a view on what has changed for the directors.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Feb 2025 14:00Hi Saskia, Thank you for your time on the last call. It is that point in the quarter, so I would like to book your quarterly review. I think we have a decent story to look at together. More of your people have been using the brain since we last spoke, which is lovely to see, and the one ticket that came in recently has been dealt with. I would like to go through what has changed for the directors, what is still getting in their way, and what you would like the next quarter to look like. Your contract runs until 2 Jul 2025, so I would also like to start a light conversation about what renewal should look like, well before it becomes pressing. No pressure, I just prefer to plan early. Could you do Wednesday or Thursday next week? An hour should be plenty. If any of the directors would like to join, please bring them along. Best wishes, Daniel
- Saskia Mendes 26 Feb 2025 09:12Hi Daniel, Thursday afternoon works. Any time after lunch. Good to hear the numbers are moving the right way, though I would rather hear it from the directors themselves. I will ask two of them to join so you can ask them directly. What did the client actually say, and what did they do with it? That is the test for me. On renewal, fine to start the conversation. I will need to understand what the brain is worth to the business in words I can take upstairs, so please come ready with that. Best, Saskia
