What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR, Daniel Okafor summarised progress and gave the Growth plan terms. CFO Rupert Lasker replied that he wants the one-pager before forming a view, and asked how many of the forty licensed users log in regularly.
Ask: Rupert wants to see how many of the forty licensed users log in regularly, and whether that is the number he should expect to rise.
Customer view: He is encouraged by what the directors say but reserves judgement until he sees the one-pager. He is the commercial voice on renewal.
Next: Daniel's email gives the Growth plan amount as £42k and the term running to 2 Jul 2025. Usage evidence is needed well before then.

- Daniel Okafor 5 Dec 2024 10:51Hi all, Thank you for your time on the review, and for making room for it in a busy week. Just to close the loop, here is where we landed. What is working: the client-account directors are using the brain to see vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints for each client in one place, and usage is up a good deal on the previous quarter. Saskia's point that the directors walk into reviews better prepared was the one that stuck with me. What we agreed to look at next: - Holly and I will go through the admin setup together and tidy anything that is slowing the directors down. - I'll send a one-page view of who is using what, kept simple, so Rupert can see it without a dashboard. - We'll book a lighter check-in after the new year to see how it is settling. Rupert, you asked what the team is actually using, so I have tried to answer that directly in the summary. For reference, the Growth plan covers forty licensed users and the contracted annual amount is £41,800. The current term runs to 2 Jul 2025, and I'll come back to you well ahead of that so there are no surprises. Holly, thank you for the walk-through of how you have things connected. It made the conversation much easier. Best wishes, Daniel
- Rupert Lasker 6 Dec 2024 09:04Daniel, Thanks for this, and for the straight answer on usage. Helpful. I'm encouraged by what Saskia's directors are saying, but I would like to see the one-pager before I form a view. Of the forty licensed users, how many are logging in regularly, and is that the number I should expect to see go up?
