Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan asked Saskia Mendes for kickoff dates, named admins, written connector credentials and priority accounts. Saskia chose Wednesday morning but cannot promise the credentials before then and asked for a simpler checklist.
Ask: Callie needs a named admin per system, written credentials before kickoff and a list of priority client accounts. She does not start a connector without written access.
Customer view: Saskia is engaged and is bringing her business systems analyst. The credentials are the weak point, and the directors want larger technology clients first because invoice disputes tend to come up there.
Next: Saskia forwards the IT access and the account list. Callie should simplify the checklist.

- Callie Brennan 3 Jul 2024 11:53Hi Saskia, Welcome aboard, and thank you for getting the paperwork across so quickly. I'm Callie and I'll be running your implementation, so I'd like to set the kickoff for early next week. The plan for the kickoff hour is simple: confirm the sources we'll connect first, agree who owns each one on your side, and set a date against every step. Your Growth subscription covers forty licensed users, so we'll also talk about who gets access first. What I need from your side is: - a named admin for each system we connect - the connector credentials, in writing, before the kickoff rather than after - a short list of the client accounts the directors most want to see first I never start a connector without written access, and I'd like to be sure that's all in place before we switch on the refresh. Could you tell me which days suit you? A morning slot is easiest for me, and an hour is enough. Thanks, Callie
- Saskia Mendes 8 Jul 2024 16:18Hi Callie, Thanks for this, and sorry it's Monday already. Please use Wednesday morning. Our business systems analyst will be with me, and I'd rather have them there from the start since they'll be the one living with the connectors. The credentials are the part I'm least sure about. I've asked someone in IT to put the access in writing and I'll forward it to you as soon as it lands, but I can't promise it before Wednesday. For the first accounts, the directors want the larger technology clients, where the invoice disputes tend to come up. I'll send you the list tomorrow. Can we make the checklist simpler if possible? I'll forward it to the team and I'd like them to read it in one go. Best, Saskia
