Current to 11 Oct 26Rupert Lasker, Chief Financial Officer, would not sign until he knew the annual cost against the one-off element and what Delancey Haig would use in year one. Priya Raman replied on 21 Jun 2024, after the 19 Jun 2024 signing date had passed.
Ask: Rupert wants the recurring cost separated from the one-off element of the £54k. He also wants to know what the company would use in the first year that it could not do itself.
Customer view: This is a value question from the decision-maker, not a price objection. Priya's reply points him to the order form lines and does not state the annual figure in the email.
Next: Priya proposed twenty minutes with Rupert and Daniel Okafor to walk through the first ninety days. The thread shows no customer response to that offer.

- Priya Raman 17 Jun 2024 11:14Hi Rupert, Following our recent conversations, the Growth order form is attached and ready for your signature. The total deal value is £53,800. If we can get this over the line by 19 Jun 2024, Daniel Okafor, our customer success manager, can start onboarding straight away so your client-account directors get their single view of vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints as early as possible. Happy to make this easy: if anything in the terms needs a second look, tell me and I will turn it round the same day. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Rupert Lasker 18 Jun 2024 15:16Priya, Thanks. Before I sign anything: the £53,800 is the total, so remind me of the annual cost as opposed to the one-off element. And what are we actually going to be using in the first year that we could not do ourselves? Rupert
- Priya Raman 21 Jun 2024 17:42Hi Rupert, Apologies for the gap, and thanks for the straight questions. On cost: the £53,800 is the total deal value, which includes the one-off implementation fee. The order form shows the annual subscription and the implementation fee as separate lines, so you can see exactly what recurs each year and what does not. I would rather you read it off the page than take my word for it. On what you would use: the brain sits inside your own Snowflake account and puts each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one place, so your directors stop piecing that together by hand from separate systems. That is the part that is hard to rebuild in-house without tying up your own people for a long time. We had pencilled in 19 Jun 2024 to sign, which has now passed, so to keep momentum I suggest twenty minutes with you and Daniel early next week to walk through the first ninety days. Would that work? Best, Priya
