Current to 11 Oct 26Desmond Oyelaran, Finance Manager, answered Priya Raman's 10 Jun 2024 order form with three finance questions: the split of the £54k, the invoicing entity and payment terms. He wants written answers before Rupert Lasker decides.
Ask: Desmond wants the £54k split between implementation and subscription, with invoice timing. He also asks for the invoicing entity, the invoice contact name and confirmation of payment terms.
Customer view: Rupert Lasker, the Chief Financial Officer, has asked Desmond to finish this review before he decides. Desmond wants answers in writing rather than on a call, so Priya's offer of a walkthrough was not taken up.
Next: Priya needs to reply in writing, ideally before the 19 Jun 2024 target she set. The thread shows no BB-Demo reply yet.

- Priya Raman 10 Jun 2024 08:35Hi Rupert, hi Desmond, Thank you both for your time last week. Following the call, I have attached the order form for the Growth tier for your review. Desmond, I have put you on this as Rupert suggested you would be handling the finance side. The total value of the deal is £53,800, which includes the one-off implementation fee alongside the subscription. The form shows the two separately, along with the scope and the timetable. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, so that he is across the terms and can turn anything round quickly if you need a change. If we can get this over the line by 19 Jun 2024, we keep momentum and the directors can have the brain in good time. Happy to make this easy: if it is quicker to go through the form together, I can do that with you, Desmond, at a time that suits. Could you let me know if anything in the form needs correcting, so that we can pick it up before then? Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Desmond Oyelaran 11 Jun 2024 10:53Dear Priya, Thank you for the order form. I have read it through and have a few points from the finance side. 1. Please confirm how the £53,800 divides between the implementation fee and the subscription, and when each element would be invoiced. Our purchase ledger needs to know which falls in which period. 2. Please confirm the invoicing entity and the contact name that should appear on the invoices. 3. We will need to confirm the payment terms against our standard supplier terms before we can approve. Rupert has asked me to complete this review before he decides, so I would be grateful for answers in writing, rather than on a call, for our records. Kind regards, Desmond Oyelaran Finance Manager, Delancey Haig
