Current to 11 Oct 26Priya Raman and Saskia Mendes agreed a 40-minute proposal walkthrough on Wednesday at 14:00. Saskia warned she cannot promise a decision in the room because her finance lead must see it first.
Ask: Priya wanted to walk Saskia through the Growth proposal rather than send a PDF. Saskia chose Wednesday and asked to read the proposal first, before two directors see it.
Customer view: Saskia is open but careful, and says she must take the commercial side to her finance lead.
Next: Priya is to send the proposal and an invite, and will leave commercial detail until the finance lead has had a view.

- Priya Raman 10 May 2024 11:50Hi Saskia, Following the demo, I've pulled the proposal together and I'd like to walk you through it rather than just send it over as a PDF. It sets out the Growth tier, how implementation would run, and what your client-account directors would be able to see from day one. If we can get this over the line by the end of the month, you'd have the brain live well ahead of the summer reviews. To keep momentum, could we find a slot early next week? It needs about forty minutes, and I'd suggest Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. You're welcome to bring a couple of the directors, and I'll bring our solutions engineer in case the data questions get detailed. If someone from your finance team wants to look at how invoices would be pulled in, that would be useful too. Best, Priya
- Saskia Mendes 13 May 2024 17:49Hi Priya, Thanks, and apologies it's taken until Monday evening to come back to you. Tuesday afternoon is no good, we have a client review that runs over. Wednesday after lunch works, say 14:00. Forty minutes is fine, but please keep it tight. I'd prefer two of the directors to see the proposal once I've read it myself, so can you send it over beforehand? I don't want them seeing something I haven't been through. On the commercial side, I'll need to take it to our finance lead before anything is agreed, so I can't promise a decision in the room. I'd rather say that now than have you expecting one. Best, Saskia
- Priya Raman 14 May 2024 11:05Hi Saskia, That's no problem at all, and thank you for being straight about it. Wednesday at 14:00 it is. I'll send the proposal across today so you have it ahead of time, and I'll send a calendar invite this afternoon to you and the two directors, with our solutions engineer copied. We'll keep it to forty minutes and walk through the scope first, then the plan, and leave the commercial detail until you've had your finance lead's view. If anything in the document looks off when you read it, just tell me and I'll adjust before Wednesday. Best, Priya
