What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo, Jess Ferrand asked how fresh the data is, what happens if a source stops, and how people learn it without training. Priya Raman restated the £53,800 Growth proposal and promised a written note on freshness.
Ask: Jess, a Client Account Director, wants to know the data is right when she walks into a client meeting. She also refuses training sessions and says a manual means it will not get used.
Customer view: She called the demo good but left connectors to Saskia Mendes. Priya answered that the brain is complete by 07:00 each business day and that Growth includes quarterly QBRs.
Next: Hannah Lowe is to put the freshness detail in writing. Priya also still needs the systems to connect first and any other director who should see it.

- Priya Raman 30 Apr 2024 11:06Hi Saskia, hi Jess, Thanks for your time on the demo. It was useful to see the picture come together around a client you both know, and Jess's questions about complaints and invoices were exactly the ones the directors will ask. Where we've got to: the Growth tier looks like the right fit for several teams working from one view of each client, and the proposal I'm preparing comes to £53,800 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. If we can get this over the line by 19 Jun 2024, that keeps the rollout moving without a rush. Two things would help me from your side: - Which systems you'd want connected first. Hannah is copied and can talk it through with whoever looks after them. - Anyone else on the director side who should see this before a decision. Best, Priya
- Jess Ferrand 1 May 2024 08:58Priya, Thanks, quick thoughts from me. The demo was good, but my first question is still: is this up to date? When the client asks me straight out about a complaint raised yesterday, I can't be reading last week's picture. Please can you tell me how fresh the data is, and what happens if one of the sources stops feeding it? Second, I won't be sitting through training sessions. If it takes a manual to use, it won't get used. Can you say how people pick it up in practice? Saskia can cover the connectors, I only care about whether it's right when I walk in. Jess
- Priya Raman 3 May 2024 12:30Hi Jess, hi Saskia, Fair questions, thanks. On freshness, Hannah tells me the brain refreshes overnight and is complete by 07:00 each business day, so you'd be walking into a morning review with the previous day's picture. Hannah will put the detail in writing, including what you'd see if a connected source stopped loading, so you're not relying on my summary. On adoption: no manual. It's a case of asking questions in plain language, and Growth includes quarterly QBRs with our customer success lead, Daniel Okafor, so we'd look at what the directors are actually asking and tune from there. I'll send Hannah's note early next week. Does that give you what you need ahead of Saskia's next conversation with the directors? Best, Priya
