What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Purely logistical: Priya Raman and Saskia Mendes settle the demo at 15:00 the next day so Jess Ferrand can attend. Saskia asks what to prepare and is told to pick one client, ideally with a recent invoice dispute.
Ask: Priya pencilled 14:00, but Saskia said Jess's client review often overruns and asked for 15:00. She would rather move a day than hold the demo without her.
Customer view: Saskia does not want to give Hannah a pile of homework or pull the directors in more than once.
Next: Priya confirmed 15:00 and will send the invite. Delancey Haig should point to one client it knows well.

- Priya Raman 29 Apr 2024 11:30Hi Saskia, Quick one to pin down the demo. I've pencilled tomorrow at 14:00 for an hour, which fits the afternoon window you gave me. Hannah will run it on a sample of your data and I'll open with a short recap of where we've got to and what we'd like to leave the room with. Can you confirm that works, and whether Jess is joining? If we can get the invite out today, nobody has to scramble in the morning. Best, Priya
- Saskia Mendes 29 Apr 2024 13:58Priya, 14:00 tomorrow is close, but Jess has a client review that overruns most Tuesdays. Could we do 15:00 instead? If that's impossible, I'd rather move a day than do it without her. One other thing: what did you want us to have ready beforehand? I don't want to hand Hannah a pile of homework, and I'd rather not pull the directors in more than once. Saskia
- Priya Raman 29 Apr 2024 16:39Hi Saskia, 15:00 tomorrow is fine, I've moved it and the invite will land with you and Jess shortly. On prep: nothing heavy. Hannah will tell me exactly what she needs, but in general terms it's a pointer to one client you know well, so the demo shows a real picture of them. If you can think of a recent contractor-invoice dispute, even better, as it's a good test of whether the story comes together. Happy to make this easy, so just shout if anything changes before then. Best, Priya
