What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Mainly scheduling: Saskia Mendes offers Thursday morning from 10:30 for the demo, wants two directors in the room and a tech colleague present, and asks for a simpler demo centred on one client.
Ask: Priya Raman wanted a demo on a sample of Delancey Haig's own data. Saskia replied three days later and apologised for being tied up with contractor-invoice disputes.
Customer view: She wants directors present in person because they are the ones to be convinced. She asks for one client shown whole: what they said, what was invoiced and what is open.
Next: Saskia will name the tech attendee and send the invite herself. Priya should reshape the demo around a single client.

- Priya Raman 22 Apr 2024 16:18Hi Saskia, Thanks for the time on the call today. Really helpful to hear how your client-account directors pull together vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints at the moment, and how much of that is done by hand before a client review. To keep momentum, I'd like to get the demo booked while it's all fresh. The idea is that we run it on a sample of your own data, so the directors see what a single client looks like in one place rather than a generic slide deck. Our solutions engineer will run the technical side and I'll keep the commercial conversation out of the way until you want it. Could you let me know which days later this week or early next week suit you and the directors? Mornings after the stand-ups seem to work best for most recruitment teams I speak to, but you know your people better than I do. Around an hour should be plenty. If there's anyone in IT or finance who ought to see it too, do bring them along. Happy to make this easy for you. Best, Priya
- Saskia Mendes 25 Apr 2024 11:44Hi Priya, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a week of contractor-invoice disputes and I've had my head down. Thursday morning next week works for me, after the stand-ups, so anything from 10:30 onwards. Two of the directors are in the office that day and I'd like them in the room rather than dialling in, because the directors need this and they're the ones who'll have to be convinced. I'd also like someone from our tech side there, as they'll want to know what it touches in our systems. I'll sort who comes and let you know, so please don't wait on me for the invite itself. One ask: can we make the demo simpler than last time you described it? I'd rather see one client whole than a tour of every screen. What did the client actually say, what did we invoice them, and what's open. That's the story. Best, Saskia
