What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Mostly scheduling: Saskia Mendes accepts a Monday 14:00 discovery call. She says the CFO, Rupert Lasker, must see it before anything is decided, and asks for a simple, director-focused conversation.
Ask: Priya Raman proposed a discovery call early the following week to learn how client-account directors gather vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints. Saskia chose Monday at 14:00 and will attend alone.
Customer view: Saskia says the directors need this but does not want a long tour. She wants to be asked what a director does before a client review.
Next: Priya sends the invite for Monday 14:00. Rupert is a later approver and should be brought in once Saskia knows what she is asking him for.

- Priya Raman 10 Apr 2024 16:04Hi Saskia, Good to be in touch, and thanks for making the time to talk about how Delancey Haig's client-account directors currently pull together what they know about each client. To keep momentum, I'd like to get a discovery call in the diary early next week. It's about getting a clear picture of how your directors work today: where they look for vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints, and what gets in the way when they walk into a client review. No slides from me, just questions. Would Monday or Tuesday suit? Mornings or afternoons are both fine on my side. If there is anyone else on your team who lives in those systems day to day, I'm happy for them to join, but it works just as well with only the two of us. Happy to make this easy, so just tell me what suits and I'll send the invite. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Saskia Mendes 10 Apr 2024 18:20Hi Priya, Thanks for this. Monday works. Could we do 14:00? Mornings are all client reviews at the moment. I'll keep it to me for the first call. Rupert, our CFO, will want to see it before anything is decided, but let's get a feel for it first and then I'll bring him in once I know what I'm asking him for. One thing so you know what you're walking into: the directors need this, but I don't want a long tour. I'd rather you ask me what a director actually does before a client review and show me where the brain would help. Can we make it simpler than a demo of everything? Best, Saskia
