- Lewis Kerr 13 Feb 2026 15:29Dear Malcolm, I've attached the renewal order form for Merriott Lyle Distribution, Enterprise tier, for your signature. It is co-termed to your current contract, which ends on 27 Feb 2026, so there is no gap in service. To put a number on it, the order form total is £127,500, excluding VAT. The annual recurring revenue on the contract today is £116,500, and the licence stays at 200 users. The schedule at the back sets out how the total is made up and the service levels that apply, which are unchanged from the current agreement. Our target is to have it signed by Tuesday 17 Feb 2026, so the renewal is in place well ahead of the end date. If you or your legal team want to change anything in the schedule, tell me and I'll turn it round today. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Malcolm Ridgway 13 Feb 2026 17:04Lewis, Received. I have not signed anything yet. Two questions. First, the total of £127,500 against £116,500 today: what is the base for the difference, and how much of it is recurring? Put it in writing, line by line. Second, you say the service levels are unchanged. Confirm that the freshness commitment and the service credits are as in the current schedule. Which clause? I will read the schedule properly on Monday. If the answers are clear, I can sign by Tuesday. Malcolm Ridgway
