After the QBR call, Amara Obi reported steady use of just over sixty active users against 200 licensed. Tariq Saleem confirmed nightly loads are completing and called branch managers the biggest group not yet in.

Ask: Amara wants to close the gap between active and licensed users and asked which branch managers and credit control staff are already in.

Customer view: Tariq confirmed the nightly loads completed for the last week. He sees branch managers as a rollout question for Deepa and the regional directors, not a platform push.

Next: Amara sends active users by team, checks the open ticket, and holds the QBR date until the contract is sorted.

Hi Deepa, hi Tariq, Thanks both for your time on the QBR call. I know I'm still new to the account, so it was really useful to hear how the monthly account-data review actually runs and what you want from the brain. Here's what the numbers say, in short: - Active users are steady. Just over sixty people on average in the last 30 days, against 200 licensed users. That is flat on the previous quarter. - One support ticket in the last 30 days, nothing high priority. - No overdue invoices on our side. So nothing is on fire. The gap between active and licensed users is the thing I'd like us to talk about. Who else should have access? You mentioned branch managers and the credit control team on the call, and I'd like to understand which of them are already in and which aren't. Three things I've noted for me: 1. Send you both a simple list of active users by team, so you can see where the gaps are. 2. Check the one open ticket with our support team and come back to Tariq with a status. 3. Get the next QBR in the diary once we know where the contract stands. The current term runs to 27 Feb 2026, and Lewis is handling the paperwork with Malcolm. Tariq, one question for you: are all the connectors loading every night as you expect? You said it was mostly fine, but I'd rather you tell me if anything is behind. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks for the summary, that matches my notes. On the connectors: I checked the load log this morning and the nightly loads have completed for the last week. The one open ticket is a mapping question between the branch system and the CRM, not a failed load. I don't want to guess at a root cause until I've looked at a few more accounts, so I'll update the ticket once I know. > Who else should have access? Deepa and I will go through this. My view is that the branch managers are the biggest group not yet in, but that's a rollout question for Deepa and the regional directors, not something I'd push from the platform side. Deepa, shout if you see it differently. The active-user list by team would help. If you can break it down by branch group as well as department, I can match it against the CRM user list. I'll leave the QBR date until the contract is sorted, as you suggest. Cheers, Tariq
