What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi asked Malcolm Ridgway for half an hour on the Enterprise renewal due 27 Feb 2026. He agreed, but wants price, contents and changes since the signed order form in writing first, and links value to debtor days.
Ask: Amara proposed a short call with Lewis Kerr and asked who else should attend. Malcolm accepted, with credit control joining for the second half.
Customer view: he will not discuss features and asks what the brain does to debtor days, and the cost of that. He wants the schedule ahead of time.
Next: any day after the middle of the following week suits him. The evidence does not show a date being fixed.

- Amara Obi 8 Dec 2025 16:50Hi Malcolm, I'm Amara, and I look after Merriott Lyle on the customer success side. I wanted to get in touch with you directly about the Enterprise renewal, which falls due on 27 Feb 2026. Better to start the conversation early and make it a proper one. Here's what the numbers say: the contracted annual figure is £116,500 for 200 licensed users, and usage has been rising steadily through the year. What I would like to understand is what good looks like for you at renewal, and what you would need to see to take it to the board. Could we find half an hour in the next fortnight? Lewis Kerr, your account owner, would join me for the commercial side. Who else should be there from your team? Best, Amara
- Malcolm Ridgway 8 Dec 2025 19:23Amara, Thanks for the note. Half an hour is fine, but I need to know what changes. Before we meet, put it in writing: what the renewal price is, what is in it, and what has moved since the order form I signed. I won't discuss features. What does it do to debtor days, and the cost of that is? Lewis should be there. Someone from credit control will join for the second half, and I'll ask them to bring their own numbers. Please send me the schedule ahead of time and I'll read it first. Any day after the middle of next week works. Malcolm Ridgway
