What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi sent formal renewal notice for the Enterprise term ending 27 Feb 2026. CFO Malcolm Ridgway asked in writing for the base of the gap between £116k and £128k, and whether any of it is one-off.
Ask: Amara quoted £116k contracted and £128k on the open renewal deal. Malcolm wants the base of the difference and a schedule before any call.
Customer view: he will not sign anything unread and says the call will be about terms and return, not features. He holds users at 200.
Next: Lewis Kerr was named as sending the commercial breakdown. The evidence does not show that it was sent.

- Amara Obi 28 Nov 2025 16:07Hi Malcolm, I'm Amara, your Customer Success Manager here at BB-Demo. I'm writing as your formal renewal notice, so it's in writing and in good time. Your current Enterprise term runs to 27 Feb 2026. The contracted annual recurring revenue today is £116,500 for 200 licensed users. The renewal deal we have open in our system currently shows a total of £127,500, with the target to have it signed by 17 Feb 2026. Lewis, copied here, owns the commercial side and will send you the proper breakdown of what sits behind that figure. Here's what the numbers say on usage: more people across your branch, key-account and credit-control teams are asking the brain questions than last quarter, and that's the story I'd like to take into the renewal conversation. Two asks. Who else should have sight of the renewal paperwork on your side? And could we get a short call in the diary in the next couple of weeks to walk through it? Best, Amara
- Malcolm Ridgway 1 Dec 2025 10:03Amara, Thanks for the notice. Received. The annual figure is £116,500. You quote £127,500 as the total. What is the base for the difference, and is any of it one-off? Put it in writing, with the schedule, before we speak. I won't sign anything I haven't read. Users stay at 200 unless you tell me otherwise. I'm happy to have a call once I have the numbers. It will be about terms and return, not features. Malcolm Ridgway
