Hamza Akhtar proposed three onboarding sessions: connector mappings, a load log review, then an admin walkthrough. Tariq Saleem agreed the order, chose Thursday morning for the first and held back the wider walkthrough.

Ask: Hamza wants the connector and account matching session first, a load log review after several nights of loads, then a wider admin walkthrough.

Customer view: Tariq agrees the order and prefers Thursday. He will not show people something he is not confident in, and will report any connector failure with the log detail.

Next: Tariq asks branch operations for a person to join and keeps Deepa informed of changes.

Hi Tariq, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, here is a proposed plan for the next stretch of onboarding so we can get the diary sorted before everyone disappears into other things. What I think we need, in this order: - A working session on the connectors, just you and me, so we can go through the branch system and CRM mappings together. I'd like to have the account matching rules written down before we switch anything on. - A second session once the first nightly loads have run, where we look at the load log and agree what "good" looks like. - A short walkthrough for the wider admin group, when you are happy that the data is behaving. I know you said the branch system extract is the part that needs the most care, and I'd rather we took an extra day there than rushed it. Could you let me know which days next week suit you for the first session? Mornings are easiest for me, but I can flex. One other thing: if there is anyone in the branch operations team who should sit in on the matching discussion, tell me and I'll add them. I'd rather they heard it first hand than via a document. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo

Hi Hamza, Thanks, that order makes sense to me. I'd keep the matching work first, because that's a mapping question and everything else depends on it. For the first session, Wednesday or Thursday morning next week would both work. Thursday is slightly better as I'll have had a chance to pull the current extract and check it over beforehand. I'd rather not guess at which fields are reliable until I've seen the load log properly. On the second session, I'd suggest we leave a few nights of loads before meeting, so there is something real to look at. I'll check the load log each morning and note anything odd. If a connector fails, I'll tell you which connector and what the log says, rather than a general "it didn't work". For the wider walkthrough, I'd hold off on a date until we've done the first two. I don't want to show people something I'm not confident in. One person from branch operations would be useful in the matching discussion. I'll ask and come back to you, and I'll let Deepa know what we change as we go. Cheers, Tariq
