Current to 11 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon proposed a staged user rollout starting with credit control. Tariq Saleem agreed, asked for the admin session before any team training, and will confirm branch dates by the end of the week.
Ask: Laura wants a staged rollout across credit control, key accounts and then branches, noting 200 licensed users and only a small active group.
Customer view: Tariq backs starting at credit control and wants users configured properly before anyone is let in. Branch dates depend on checking with branch managers.
Next: admin session on users and connectors first, then credit-control training.

You have 200 licensed users and so far only a small group is active, so I think a staged approach will serve you better than switching everyone on at once. My suggestion is to begin with the credit-control team, then key accounts, then the branches in groups. For each stage I would run a short training session and leave a few days before the next, so questions can be picked up before they multiply. Could you tell me which team you would want first, and when your managers are least busy? I would also like one session with you on the admin side, covering users and connectors, before the first group starts. Kind regards, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Tariq Saleem 29 Apr 2025 14:05Hi Laura, Staged is fine by me, and I agree with starting at credit control. They have the most to gain from seeing orders, disputes and invoices in one place, and they are used to being asked for feedback. I'll need to check with the branch managers before I can give you dates for them, as the busy periods vary by region. I'll come back to you on that by the end of the week. The admin session is a good idea. Can we do that before any of the team training? I'd like to be sure the user setup is right first, so nobody is let in half configured. Cheers, Tariq
