Current to 11 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon asked Tariq Saleem for a session on account matching between the branch system and CRM. Tariq chose Tuesday morning and said the session should agree the approach, not change any mapping.
Ask: Laura wants a focused session of about an hour and a half on account matching, using real examples of badly matched trade accounts.
Customer view: Tariq agrees to Tuesday morning and will verify example accounts against branch records first. He wants his team told before any mapping change goes live.
Next: Laura sends the invite and Tariq prepares verified examples. No mapping changes are to be made at the session.

- Laura Penhaligon 22 Apr 2025 10:41Hi Tariq, Following our last call, I would like to set up a focused session on account matching between the branch system and your CRM. From what we saw, that is where most of the remaining effort sits, and it affects how each trade account's orders, disputes and invoices show up together. I can do Monday or Tuesday of next week. I would plan for about an hour and a half. It would help if you could pull a handful of trade accounts that you know are matched badly, so we can use real examples rather than talking in general terms. Let me know what works, and I'll send an invite. Kind regards, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Tariq Saleem 24 Apr 2025 09:08Hi Laura, Sorry for the slow reply, I was tied up with a data load issue earlier in the week. Tuesday is better for me, in the morning if possible. I'll put together some example accounts beforehand. I would rather check each of them against the branch records first than hand you a list I have not verified. One thing: if we agree any changes to the mapping, I need to tell the rest of my team before it goes live. So let's treat the session as agreeing the approach and not as the point where we change anything. Cheers, Tariq
