What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Mostly logistical. Laura Penhaligon asked for a working session on connectors and the order for the rest, and Tariq Saleem agreed Thursday afternoon next week, noting a CRM change window on Wednesday and that the branch system needs mapping attention.
Ask: Laura wants a couple of hours to review the connectors wired up so far and agree the order for the remainder.
Customer view: Tariq will check the load log beforehand and sees the branch system as a mapping question more than a connector fault. He does not think anyone else needs to attend.
Next: Tariq brings the account matching notes. The evidence does not show what the CRM change window involves.

- Laura Penhaligon 9 Apr 2025 12:43Hi Tariq, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, here is what I would like to book next: a working session to go through the connectors you have wired up so far and agree the order for the rest. I would suggest the middle of next week, ideally an afternoon, and I would like to keep it to a couple of hours so we have room to look at the load log together if anything has not come through overnight. Could you let me know which days suit you, and whether anyone else from your side should be on it? If you can bring the list of sources you still want connected for the branch, key-account and credit-control teams, that will make it much quicker. Kind regards, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Tariq Saleem 9 Apr 2025 14:14Hi Laura, Thursday afternoon next week works for me. Wednesday is a bit tight because of a change window on the CRM. I'll check the load log before then, so we know which connectors have loaded cleanly and which have not. I would rather not guess at anything in the meeting. The branch system is the one I expect to need attention, and that's a mapping question more than a connector fault, so I'll bring the account matching notes. I don't think anyone else needs to be on this one. I'll tell you if that changes. Cheers, Tariq
