Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan asked for written access per connector before refreshes start and proposed two mapping sessions. Tariq Saleem agreed Thursday for the CRM, asked to move the branch system to Tuesday and wants to check duplicate account keys first.
Ask: Callie wants written access for each connector, starting with the CRM, then the branch system, helpdesk and call recorder, before any refresh is switched on.
Customer view: Tariq is cooperative and careful. He would rather check whether one trade account appears under more than one reference before anything is mapped.
Next: Tariq sends CRM read access and the field list the same day and brings one IT colleague to the branch system session.

- Callie Brennan 24 Mar 2025 09:07Hi Tariq, Thanks for the time on the call. Here is the plan for the next stretch of onboarding, with a day against each step where I can. What I need from your side is written access for each connector before we switch on the refresh. I won't start a connector without it. In the order I'd like to go: - CRM: read access, plus the list of fields you want mapped - branch system: the extract or credentials, and the account key you use to match its customers to the CRM - helpdesk and call recorder: access tokens for each Once the access is in, I'd suggest a mapping session on Thursday morning for the CRM and another on Monday for the branch system matching. That maps cleanly if the account key is stable, and if it isn't we'll find out in the session rather than after the first refresh. Could you tell me which slots suit you, and who else from your side should be in the room? I'll write up a setup note after each session so you can run things alone afterwards. Thanks, Callie
- Tariq Saleem 26 Mar 2025 12:27Callie, Thursday morning works for the CRM session. I can get you the read access and the field list by the end of today. Monday is difficult for the branch system. Could we do Tuesday instead? I'd also like to check the account key before then. I'll check the load log from the branch extract and see whether the same trade account appears under more than one reference. I'd rather know that before we map anything, because that's a mapping question and not something to guess at. One thing I will do is tell the CRM owner on our side about the field list, so nobody is surprised when the mapping lands. I'll bring one colleague from IT for the branch system one. Cheers, Tariq
