- Lewis Kerr 24 Jan 2025 09:29Hello Malcolm, Following your note about the remedy clause and the invoicing phasing, I would like to find a time for us to go through the terms together. I can offer Monday or Tuesday next week, in the morning, and I would keep it to about forty-five minutes. I will bring a revised schedule covering both points so that anything we agree can be put in writing straight afterwards. Please let me know which suits you, or suggest another slot. Kind regards, Lewis
- Malcolm Ridgway 29 Jan 2025 08:12Lewis, Sorry for the delay. Month end has taken my week. Thursday at 09:00 works. Send the revised schedule the day before, not the morning of. I will want to read it. Malcolm Ridgway
