What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tariq Saleem asks which connector goes first and whether the branch system shares an account identifier with the CRM. Lewis Kerr restates £146k excluding VAT and a 14 Feb 2025 signing target.
Ask: Tariq will send the systems list once he knows the first connector. He will check the load log on the existing extracts and wants any identifier mismatch said now, not during rollout.
Customer view: cautious and technical, but constructive. Lewis says the identifier question must be settled first and that Hannah Lowe will answer in writing.
Next: Lewis is to send the proposal breakdown, and Deepa Chauhan is asked who else must see it.

- Lewis Kerr 30 Dec 2024 08:10Deepa, Tariq, Thank you again for the second demo, and for getting credit control into the room. It made the conversation far more useful than a demo to the systems team alone. From my notes, the open points are these: - The order of the connectors, starting with the CRM and the branch system. - How account matching is handled between those two. - What credit control would need to see on a trade account before they would act on it. Hannah has the technical detail on the first two. Tariq, could you let us have the list of systems in scope as you see it, so the proposal reflects what you actually run rather than what I assume? Kind regards, Lewis
- Tariq Saleem 30 Dec 2024 09:57Lewis, Yes, I can send that list. Before I do, which connector are you proposing to switch on first? If it's the branch system, I need to check what the export gives us and whether it carries the same account identifier as the CRM. I'd rather not guess at that. I'll check the load log on our side for the existing extracts and come back with what I find. If the identifiers don't line up, we should say so now, not in the first week of a rollout. I will tell Deepa before any mapping changes. - Lewis Kerr 3 Jan 2025 12:04Tariq, Deepa, Happy new year to you both. Thank you, Tariq, for being clear about the identifier question. It is the right thing to settle first, and Hannah will cover it once your list and the load log findings are in. She will put the answer in writing. On the commercial side, the proposal is co-termed to your renewal of nothing, as this is a new purchase, so it stands on its own. The overall deal value remains £146,500, excluding VAT, and I'll send the breakdown over today. We are still working towards 14 Feb 2025 for signature, which leaves room for the security review on the Enterprise tier and for credit control to look at the proposal. Deepa, is there anyone else who needs to see it before then? Please tell me now so they are not a surprise later. Kind regards, Lewis
