- Laura Penhaligon 9 Jun 2026 09:05Hi Lauren, hi Tyler, Thank you both for your time on the kickoff call. It was really helpful to hear how your account reps work today and what they want to see before a call with a shipper. I've copied Hollie Grieve, your customer success manager, who will stay with you after the rollout. As I understood it, these are the next steps: - Tyler: set up a Salesforce user for the brain with read access, and confirm which objects hold the shipper and load records. - Lauren: tell us which team should be first to use the brain, so we can plan the first group of users from the 40 licensed seats. - Laura: send a short list of what we need from the TMS and the support system, so your IT team can look at it before we connect them. - Laura: share a first draft of the shipper view for you to comment on. If I've missed anything or got something wrong, please say so and I'll correct it. I'll check in with Tyler later this week on the Salesforce access. Kind regards, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
