The story here is customers talking to each other about how they use the brain, and what their teams do differently once they stop reconciling systems by hand. As someone who brought customer service, e-commerce and store feedback together into one view, you would have a lot to add to those conversations. If you can come, please reply to this email and I will add you to the list. You are very welcome to bring a colleague from the insight or store teams.
