Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi opened the renewal for the Growth term of 40 users at £46,800, ending 31 Oct 2026. Brendan Moran agreed to talk but asked first for the order form, renewal terms and usage figures in advance.
Ask: Brendan wants the order form and renewal terms so both sides read the same version, and wants usage figures sent beforehand for compliance. He offered Tuesday or Wednesday morning next week and will include Gráinne.
Customer view: cooperative but careful, holding every version in a supplier folder. The £46,800 is the figure in Amara's email; the evidence does not show it checked against the executed order form.
Next: send the executed order form, terms and usage figures, then confirm a slot. The thread does not show these sent.

Your current Growth term, covering 40 licensed users at £46,800 a year, ends on 31 Oct 2026, so we have a few weeks to do this properly. Here's what the numbers say: usage across the team has dipped over the last quarter. I would like to walk you through that, who is asking the questions and who has gone quiet, so you can judge the value for yourself before we talk terms. Who else should be on the call? Your finance lead may want to join. Could you suggest a 30 minute slot later this week or early next? Best, Amara Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Brendan Moran 24 Sep 2026 09:42Dear Amara, Thank you for your note. I would welcome a conversation, and I agree we should do this properly. Before we meet, could you send me the order form and any renewal terms you are working from, so that I can confirm which version we are looking at? I keep every version in the supplier folder and I would like us to be reading from the same document. From a compliance point of view, I would also like the usage figures sent in advance rather than shown on the day. I can do Tuesday or Wednesday next week in the morning. Please let me know what suits you, and I will include Gráinne. Kind regards, Brendan Moran
