Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi gave formal notice of the Growth renewal, open at £55,000 against a current £46,800. Brendan Moran replied the same day, wanting the executed order form as the base, a list of changes and a usage summary before commercial talks.
Ask: Amara states the term ends on 31 Oct 2026 and the renewal is open at £55,000 in total, with a formal quote from Lewis and a target of 23 Oct 2026 for settling it.
Customer view: Brendan thanks her for the notice but wants to work from the executed order form rather than any draft, to know which version the quote is based on, and to see exactly what has changed.
Next: he wants the usage summary before discussing commercial terms, so the value case must come first.

- Amara Obi 31 Jul 2026 15:37Dear Brendan, I'm writing to give you formal notice that Clonvara's Growth subscription comes up for renewal. The current term ends on 31 Oct 2026, so this is just over three months ahead, as set out in your agreement. Here's where things stand. The subscription covers 40 licensed users and the current contracted annual value is £46,800. The renewal is open on our side at £55,000 in total, and Lewis will send you a formal quote in the usual way, so you have the terms in writing before anything is decided. We are aiming to have it settled by 23 Oct 2026, which leaves a little time either side. If it helps, I'm happy to put together a short summary of how the brain has been used since you joined, so you can judge the value for yourselves. Who else should see the renewal paperwork on your side? Best, Amara Amara Obi Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Brendan Moran 31 Jul 2026 18:00Dear Amara, Thank you for the notice, which is clear and much appreciated. From a compliance point of view I will want to work from the executed order form rather than any draft, so when Lewis sends the quote please tell me which version of the terms it is based on. I will also need to see exactly what has changed, if anything, against the current contract. Let's do this properly. A usage summary would be welcome. I would like to read it before we discuss commercial terms. Kind regards, Brendan Moran
