Lewis Kerr sent the Growth proposal at a total deal value of £53,800, covering implementation and the first year. COO Brendan Moran asked about version control and data access, and would not commit to 26 Sep 2025.

Ask: Brendan wants certainty that the proposal and the eventual order form are the same thing, and wants to see how the terms handle data location and access. Lewis answered that the order form will fix price and terms.

Customer view: Brendan is broadly comfortable with the access wording but wants compliance colleagues to review it. He says he cannot promise Lewis's target date.

Next: Siobhán Dunne is due to return on the technical points. Compliance review sets the timing, not BB-Demo.

Siobhán, Brendan, Thank you both for your time on the call. As promised, the proposal for the Growth tier is attached. To put a number on it, the total deal value is £53,800. That figure includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the first year's subscription, so please don't read it as an annual price. I'll confirm the VAT position on the order form itself. The proposal covers the broker activity, policy query and claims ticket sources we discussed, all built inside your own Snowflake account. If anything in it differs from what you understood from the call, tell me and I'll correct it. I'd like to understand what you need from your side before you could take this to a decision, and by when. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thank you for sending this over so promptly. Before we go further, which version are we looking at? I keep a folder of every version of every supplier document, and I would like to be certain that the proposal and the eventual order form are the same thing, with nothing changed in between. From a compliance point of view, I would also like to see how the terms deal with where the data sits and who can access it. Siobhán will have views on the technical side, so I have copied her. Kind regards, Brendan Moran

Brendan, Siobhán, Understood, and fair questions. The proposal I sent on Wednesday is the only version in circulation, and I will date-stamp anything that follows so your folder stays clean. The order form will be drawn up under the master agreement and will be the document that fixes price and terms. Nothing in the proposal overrides it, and I'd rather you rely on the executed copy than on any draft. On data location, the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, so the data does not move to us. I'll set out the access terms in plain wording and send them over today. If it helps, I'm happy to have Amara Obi, who would look after your account once you are live, join a short call with Siobhán on the technical detail. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thank you, that is clearer, and I have filed your note against the proposal. I have read the access wording and I am broadly comfortable, but I would like our compliance colleagues to look at it properly before I say more. Let's do this properly rather than quickly. I am aware you are working towards Friday 26 Sep 2025, but I am not able to promise that date and I would not want it to drive the timing on our side. Siobhán will come back to you on the technical points this week. Kind regards, Brendan Moran
