Current to 11 Oct 26Siobhán Dunne confirmed the agreed actions but asked which broker data version the demo used, and said budget is not hers to commit. Lewis Kerr is holding the proposal until she names who should see it.
Ask: Siobhán wants Hannah Lowe to confirm in writing which version of the broker data the demo used, as her two systems do not always agree.
Customer view: She is not the budget holder and will say who is. Her reply took three days.
Next: Lewis holds the Growth proposal, £53,800 plus VAT, until the budget holder is named. The 26 Sep 2025 date is still the target.

- Lewis Kerr 2 Sep 2025 16:34Hi Siobhán, Thanks again for the demo today. I have pulled together the points we agreed: - Hannah will confirm in writing how the claims tickets and policy queries are matched to a broker - I'll send the Growth proposal, with the total deal value of £53,800 broken down, quoted plus VAT - You'll let me know who else needs to see the proposal on your side If I've missed anything, tell me and I'll correct it. Otherwise I'll send the proposal over this week. Kind regards, Lewis
- Siobhán Dunne 5 Sep 2025 15:37Hi Lewis, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days. That list is right, with one addition. Before we go further I want to be sure which version of the broker data the demo used, because our two systems don't always agree and I won't let that go unresolved. Could Hannah confirm it? Also, to be clear, budget isn't mine to commit, so the proposal will need to go to the person who holds it. I'll tell you who once I've had a word. Thanks a million, Siobhán
- Lewis Kerr 8 Sep 2025 11:58Hi Siobhán, No problem at all, and thank you for flagging the version point. Hannah is copied and will confirm which extract the demo used, so you have it in writing. On the proposal, I'll hold it until you've told me who needs to see it, then send it straight away. We are still working towards 26 Sep 2025 for a decision, and I'd rather it were right than rushed. Kind regards, Lewis
