The aim is to walk through the brain on a sample of your broker and claims data, with Hannah driving the technical side. Would Thursday at 14:00 work for you? It would run for about an hour. Could Hannah send over a short list of what she'd like us to have ready beforehand? I'd rather we weren't hunting for access to the source systems on the day.
