What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the discovery call Lewis Kerr sent a Growth draft proposal at £53,800. COO Brendan Moran asked about versions and data handling, and said he will not sign a draft and will decide on his own timetable.
Ask: Brendan wanted certainty about which version is current and where the contract covers data in Clonvara's own Snowflake account.
Customer view: He will review the wording and security information with Siobhán and compliance colleagues. He asked that 26 Sep 2025 be treated as a marker only.
Next: Lewis promised contract wording and standard security information on Monday. The proposal is a draft, not an order form, so it is an open item.

- Lewis Kerr 8 Aug 2025 15:38Hello Siobhán and Brendan, Thank you both for your time on the discovery call. As promised, here is a short summary and the proposal. Based on what we discussed, I have scoped this as the Growth tier, so that the teams looking at broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets are covered. To put a number on it, the proposal comes to £53,800 in total, which includes the one-off implementation fee, and is quoted exclusive of VAT. It is a draft for your review, not an order form. Our working target for an order form is 26 Sep 2025, but that is only a planning date and I am happy to follow your timetable. I would welcome your questions on any of it. Kind regards, Lewis
- Brendan Moran 8 Aug 2025 17:31Dear Lewis, Thank you for sending this so promptly. Before we go further, which version are we looking at? I keep a folder of every version of a supplier document, and I would like to be certain that I am reading the current one and that nothing changes under us. From a compliance point of view, I would also like to understand how the contract will treat the data held in our own Snowflake account. Could you point me to the relevant section? Kind regards, Brendan Moran
- Lewis Kerr 8 Aug 2025 18:09Hello Brendan, hello Siobhán, A fair question. The version you have is the first proposal, sent today, 8 Aug 2025, and it is the only one in circulation. If anything changes, I will say so clearly and number the new version, so that nothing moves without you knowing. On the data, the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment. I'll send over the contract wording that covers this on Monday, together with our standard security information, so you can read both side by side. Kind regards, Lewis
- Brendan Moran 11 Aug 2025 17:21Dear Lewis, Thank you, that is helpful. I have filed the proposal of 8 Aug 2025 as the reference copy. We will review the wording and the security information properly with Siobhán, and with our compliance colleagues. I should be clear that I will not sign a draft, and that we will decide on our own timetable rather than a supplier's quarter end. Treat 26 Sep 2025 as a marker only, please. We will come back to you with any questions once the review is done. Kind regards, Brendan Moran
