Current to 11 Oct 26Hollie Grieve asked Natasha Pryor to book the Enterprise QBR. Natasha agreed, wants the evidence trail behind the usage numbers, and said her CFO Graham does not need to join.
Ask: Hollie proposed covering usage, tickets and response times, and winter needs. Natasha accepted for a Wednesday or Thursday morning the week after next.
Customer view: she will not take a chart to her own board without knowing the source of each figure.
Next: Hollie to prepare sources alongside the usage figures and confirm a time. The CFO is kept informed but not on the call.

- Hollie Grieve 24 Sep 2026 14:54Hi Natasha, It's time to book the next quarterly business review for Hollowmere. As an Enterprise customer you get one each quarter, and this is a good point to look at how usage has grown since the summer and where the brain is earning its keep. I'd suggest we cover usage across the homes, the tickets raised and how quickly they were answered, and what you'd like from the brain over the winter. If your CFO or anyone from the homes' leadership would find it useful, they are very welcome to join. Could you let me know a couple of times in the next two weeks that suit you? I can work around your calendar. Thanks, Hollie
- Natasha Pryor 25 Sep 2026 10:44Hi Hollie, Thanks for this. Yes, let's do it. The week after next works best for me, ideally a Wednesday or Thursday morning. One thing I'd like included: what's the evidence trail behind the usage numbers? I won't take a chart to my own board without knowing which source each figure comes from, so please show that alongside. Same approach as before, we start with the homes that shout loudest and work outward. I'll keep Graham in the loop but I don't think he needs to be on the call this time. Thanks, Natasha
