Customer view: Josh accepts the plan, apologises for the slow reply, and says the main session would suit most operations and quality leads. The admin session is flexible.

- Hamza Akhtar 19 Jun 2026 10:14Hi Josh, Following on from our call, I've put together a short plan for the rest of onboarding. The main thing left is to get your wider team comfortable asking the brain questions, so I'd like to run a hands-on session for the people who will use it day to day, plus a smaller one just for admins. Could you suggest a couple of slots over the next fortnight, and tell me who you'd like in each group? You know the team far better than I do, so I'll take your lead on numbers. Thanks, Hamza
- Josh Fairburn 22 Jun 2026 13:57Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy start to the week. This plan sounds good. For the main session, Wednesday afternoon or Friday morning of next week would suit most of the operations and quality leads. For the admin session, I'm flexible, so any slot after the main one is fine. I'll send you the list of names tomorrow once I've checked with the home managers who want to join. Thanks, Josh
