What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hollowmere's CFO Graham Rowntree accepted a half-hour commercial call. He wants cost and term in writing first, shown per home per month, with quarterly billing, and says the break clause must be discussed before anything is signed.
Ask: Matteo Ricci proposed a call to cover cost, term, billing options and the break clause. Graham offered Tuesday at 09:30 or Thursday at 14:00.
Customer view: Graham wants a per-home, per-month figure to compare with overheads. He makes the break clause a condition before signature.
Next: Matteo needs to send the written cost and term before the call and confirm a slot.

- Matteo Ricci 5 Mar 2026 11:39Dear Graham, Natasha has asked me to speak with you directly about the commercial side of the proposal. I would rather we did that properly than by passing documents back and forth. Could we book half an hour next week? I will bring the cost, the term and the billing options so we can cover them in one go, including the quarterly billing you mentioned and how a break clause might sit in the order form. Please let me know two or three times that suit you and I will confirm the invite in writing. Best regards, Matteo
- Graham Rowntree 9 Mar 2026 15:26Matteo, Thank you. Half an hour is fine. Tuesday at 09:30 or Thursday at 14:00. Either is fine for me. Please send the cost and term in writing beforehand. I would like to see it per home, per month, so I can compare it with the rest of our overheads. Quarterly suits us. We will also need to discuss the break clause before anything is signed. Graham Rowntree, CFO
