What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Natasha Pryor replied on 3 Mar 2026 after a slow response, accepting a Wednesday 10:00 walkthrough. She wants the evidence trail behind each dashboard and will bring Graham for the commercial terms.
Ask: Natasha asked for the proposal in advance and a walkthrough focused on where each dashboard's numbers come from. She will take nothing to her board without its source.
Customer view: She apologised for the slow reply and says she already knows the commissioners' questions. Graham joins for the last part to discuss commercial terms; the evidence does not show his role.
Next: Send the proposal beforehand and settle which homes start first.

- Matteo Ricci 26 Feb 2026 09:24Dear Natasha, Thank you for your time on our last call. As promised, I would like to walk you through the written proposal, so that you can see how the brain would pull together family and commissioner contact, incidents and fee invoices per home. Could we find forty-five minutes early next week? I would suggest Tuesday or Wednesday morning, but I will fit around your diary. If it helps, I can send the proposal ahead of the call so you can mark up anything that does not match what you need. One question I would like us to settle together: which homes would you want to start with, and what does your regulator need to see first? Let me confirm that in writing once we have spoken. Best regards, Matteo
- Natasha Pryor 3 Mar 2026 15:01Matteo, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. Wednesday morning works for me, say 10:00. Please send the proposal across beforehand and I'll read it properly. I've done this before, so I already know the questions the commissioners will ask. What I need from the walkthrough is the evidence trail: for each dashboard, where the numbers come from. I won't take anything to my board without its source. I'll also ask Graham to join for the last part, as he will want the commercial terms. Thanks, Natasha
