What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the first demo, Matteo Ricci offered a technical session on connectors and Snowflake. Natasha Pryor accepted for Tuesday 11:00 and asked for the questions in advance so Josh can check access. Largely logistical.
Ask: Natasha confirmed Tuesday at 11:00 for Josh and may join briefly. She asked for a list of the questions Josh will be asked about the customer's systems.
Customer view: Josh does not like surprises, so the technical review is being run carefully on the customer side.
Next: Send the question list to Josh before the session so access can be checked beforehand.

- Matteo Ricci 18 Feb 2026 17:44Dear Natasha, Thank you for your time on the first demo. You mentioned that Josh would like to see how the connectors work and how everything runs inside your own Snowflake account, so I would like to offer a second, more technical session. Would Tuesday at 11:00 suit? One of our solutions engineers would join me and walk through the architecture with Josh, and there would be plenty of time for his questions. I would rather you had the detail early than discover gaps later. Best regards, Matteo
- Natasha Pryor 19 Feb 2026 16:43Matteo, Tuesday at 11:00 is fine. Josh will join and I'll try to as well, though I may have to drop off early. Please send Josh a list of the questions you expect him to be asked about our systems, so he can check access beforehand. He doesn't like being surprised. Thanks, Natasha
